Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Maximum Delivery Time

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 1–5 business days for tracking information to update, as some carriers may take time to reflect movement in their system.


Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

If your tracking number shows no updates shortly after shipment, don’t worry—this is normal during the initial transit phase.
If there are no updates after 5 business days, please contact us at support@snuggoway.com and we’ll look into it for you.


Lost or Missing Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
